I’m listening to the radio, and I am hearing a snippet where angry people – refugees from Tunisia I think – are demanding that the government of the country they have fled to take care of them.
I believe i social justice, I do.
I want to see people in need taken of, I do.
But I couldn’t help feel a twinge of anger.
I think there’s a difference between asking me to share my bread with you, and claiming that you have every right to my bread.
I think there’s a difference between asking me to make room in my home for you, and claiming that you have a right to my home.
Am I wrong?
